I'm almost 26 and need to jumpstart my body.
I've been on a path that wasn't very good for me, but have realized my ways and am now hoping to become healthier.
My weight has always varied:
2000: 135 lbs.
2003: 160 lbs.
2004: 180 lbs.
2005: 130 lbs.
2006: 125 lbs.
2008: 130 lbs.
Goal = a healthy, fit, muscular 120 lbs.
My weight loss between 2004 and 2005 took a whole year of eating a clean diet and exercising 2 times a day (lifting and cardio) 5 days a week.
I am looking forward to getting back into a low key exercise regime and getting healthy again!
