I’m passionate about sports, dancing, and painting. I've been active in sports since childhood and can't imagine my life without it. Here’s a bit of my background:

Rhythmic gymnastics: 8 years, Candidate for Master of Sports (CMS)
Aerobics and acrobatics: 2 years
Hip-hop, jazz-modern, contemporary dance: 3 years
Oriental dance: 6 years as an instructor
Pole dance: practicing and teaching for 14 years
Kizomba: 10 years
Gym: regularly working out for 10 years
I go to the gym regularly now, but lately, I've been gaining weight even though I'm trying to lose it. I'm looking for advice and motivation to get back on track.
