Hello, I'm a 34 year old mom and wife to a super great hubby! I'm aiming for a lifelong change, not just a quick fix weightloss. I've been overweight basically my whole life and the older I get the worse it gets. I've gained and lost weight so many times over the years and this time I'm ready for a permanent change. I have some food addiction issues with sugar and processed carbs so I am avoiding those and enjoying a more natural, less processed diet of lean meats, fruits, vegetables, and nuts. Hoping to get under 200 lbs. before the end of the year!
