Starting this again for my 61st birthday. I was pretty good at sticking around 120-125, now I am up to almost 135. So I want to get back in shape and loose this weight...I am retired now and not as active, so I have since purchased a treadmill and I have an exercise bike and lots of weights.I will not have love handles this summer!!!
