Struggled for years with weight being a big built guy. Been on every diet tried everything now just using veriations of all diets. Always learning and taking tips :)
In 2017 i decided to be serious about eating and exercise. Fortunately my wife agreed and was motivated to change our health and lifestyle.
We joined PARKRUN , we trained 6 days a week . Using Weights, Rowing , Cycling and running and following an eating plan low on carbs.
We both lost over 10 kg over roughly 8 months. Reached my goal.
November 23 2017 had a bilateral Laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair. My year ended recovering from this operation.
My future goals is still to lose body fat and muscle growth.
