I am 48 in a few days time and the biggest I have ever been in my life. After struggling for years with my weight I have just found out in the last 6 months that I have Under active thyroid caused by Hashimoto disease. Add this to the fact I stopped Smoking 6 years ago has made a very large me (and of course a very poor diet) I think it's way past time I did something about it. So now I found Fat Secret the journey begins. :)
