Am trying the fast800, I’ve done Atkins, Dukan vegetarian in the past etc Got to 14 stone 9 (205lb 93kg)and decided enough was enough even at 6 feet tall it was all in my face and tummy target weight 12 3 (171 lb 77kg) stuck at 13 stone 182lb 82.5kg) at present….I feel a week of fish , vegetables and hot chilli sauce for flavour coming on 😁to get it going again.
