Hello! My name is Raine (pronounced like rain) and I live in London, UK.
I've struggled with weight since I was a child and I've alternated between being fat and being skinny. I've stayed the same for 4 years, since I was 16, and peaked at my highest weight (219lbs) when I was 18 as I was suffering with agoraphobia and extremely bad depression.

I've decided it's time for a change, and that it is time to put my health and self-confidence first, NOT FOOD.
