Hello all,
I am a happily married (most of the time!) 37 year old mother of three. I have been involved in sports most of my life. My favorite sports are flag football and geocaching. I love getting out and getting active but find that my motivation isn't there.
Over the last 10 years my weight has yo-yo'd. As I get closer to 40 I want to stop the yo-yo'ing and mantain a healthy weight and lifestyle. I quit smoking 11 years ago and it was a huge accomplishment. I am now going to tackle my weight loss journey with the same efforts I gave the quiting smoking.
