5'3", 205lbs & 70 in September, living with my hubby & 2 dogs in Shropshire, West Midlands, UK. I've struggled with my weight since a hysterectomy & HRT in my early 40s. Before that I had no problems with my weight & actually struggled to gain being just 119lbs when I was 35! I've tried all the diets Slimming World, Weight Watchers & Keto but found them so limiting. I've now decided to go my own way by just trying to eat healthier, reduce my sugar & fat intake by small amounts to start with & increase my water intake & move more in a way that won't make me obsess over my food & stop me stressing.
