I am 51, a mother of 4. I had lost 45 pounds. Over the last 16 months, I have regrettably gained about 20 pounds back. I felt so wonderful when I wasn't carrying all that extra weight.
My goal is to lose the 20 plus about 10 more for a total of 30 lbs. I want to start lifting and exercising to help tone.
I want to be a fit and strong "older woman", not a overweight, flabby, weak "older woman"
