-Lunch : Ayam/Ikan/Telur/Sayuran/Tahu/Tempe/Ubi/Red rice
-Dinner : Protein shake/Buah/Sayuran

•LESS CARBO (Carbo kompleks only)
•NO SUGAR (mengurangi minuman yang manis-manis)
•Masak menggunakan bumbu powder (garlic, paprika, paper, salt), saus tiram
•Minum Teh hijau sebelum makan siang (WAJIB)
•Makan malam dibawah jam 7, 4jam sebelum tidur tidak mengkonsumsi makanan
•Workout HIIT at home : 45menit-1jam (Senin-Jumat)

WEEKEND LIBUR TAPI TETAP MENGONTROL ASUPAN MAKAN. JANGAN KALAP :)
