Hi everyone!
I joined FS for the same reason most of you did! I have a few extra pounds that I am trying to get rid of. Currently following a strict meal plan I have given myself of 100g lean protein (Chicken or Tuna), 3/4 cup carb (brown rice of sweet potato) and 1 cup of green veggies (spinach, broccoli, or asparagus) 3 times daily with 2 protein shakes thrown in. I work out minimum 1-2 times daily, consisting or normally ~1 hour lifting weights at the gym and then either a run and an ab workout or a body weight workout at home. My motivation is and will always be bettering myself in order to be a better role model for my daughter and my family. As an added bonus I am getting married this June and I am SHREDDING FOR THE WEDDING!
