I am 50 yrs. young, Trying to do low carb, low calorie @1500 cals. a day. I love to run, I ran my 1st 5k with my oldest daughter this yr!!! I ran a 4mile run last yr, and this yr I won in my age group!! I love to bicycle, I ride my bike to work!! I have 5 children 4 girls and 1 boy and 14 grandchildren, a husband of 29 yrs, and dog, cat and fish.

My highest weight was 210#. Went back to my grandmothers funeral and saw a picture of myself and I realized I looked way older than I really was. About that time my husband bought a treadmill and I remember the saleman said " try it out", I said " I will never use that thing"! Well I have used that thing!!! :)
