Hello my name is Brittany and I currently weigh 233. I really want to get down to 170, which means I have 63lbs to go! I started the special K challege two weeks ago but I cant continue with it because its very hard to do for any longer than two weeks. So I will be eating better and cutting out all fried and fast foods and drinking more water. All my diets have failed because of lack of determination and laziness. This time I am determined and I will loose the weight with a little help and motivation.
