Hi! I am 50 years old, I always weighted about 118 - 125 lbs, I gain my weight from a broken leg and medicines, I now have to have a hip replacement, I have a bad back and bad knees,and a few other medical problems. (which holds me back from a lot of exercise) I am a grandmother of 6, one which I watch 4 days a week, I exercise in my pool. but I really want to lose weight before I agree to surgery.My heart Dr. has given me a diet to follow but it is hard.
