I'm an IT professional, father of two boys, and a husband to a lovely supportive wife. My goal is to lose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle (avoiding common old age health issues like diabetes, heart issues etc). So far the start of the journey has been good to me having lost 10kg in about 6 weeks. I exercise by running 5km 2-3 times a week. I follow the Keto/Banting/High-Fat-Low-Carb diet and have felt a good energy sustenance. Things like heartburn, bloating, gas, low energy occur 1% of the time since I started the diet, since May 2019. Currently I'm battling plateaus and going through semi yoyo moments due to "cheat days" hence I'm starting to hate them. Why cheat on your lifestyle?
