I'm 21...
Pregnant with my first child. I am also a full-time student (Senior in college) and will be hopefully graduating this Fall. I plan to follow a low calorie diet and exercise after the baby is born, but until then I am on a Gestational Diabetes diet, since I was diagnosed in late March. The diet is going well, and I plan to eat healthy after I deliver as well.
I have always had issues with my weight...
I was 150lbs by 6th grade and 225lbs by the time I was 15. Since then I have had an eating disorder and have been recovering for the last 2 years....
