not proud of the way I look at the moment, Spent the last few years as a Truck driver, not getting any exercise and eating junk constantly!
Started on the 2nd July this year to make a life changing plan to diet and exercise and go back to my previous weight of 13st and 36 inch waist! NOT EASY THOUGH :O
