I'm tired of wearing stretchy clothes because they are more 'comfortable'. They are certainly not flattering.

I know I can do it. I've done it before. In college I went from 150ish down to 125. It was great and I had a ton of energy - and I could wear whatever I wanted.

BUT... 4 years later I'm in the working world and not walking around a hilly campus with a bag of textbooks every day, or a cook to cook healthy meals for me. It will take a lot of work to get down from a high of 170, but I WILL get down to where I know I can be.

In fact I've already made the changes I need to make (watching calories, working out more often)... I just need to keep it going long enough to lose the weight.

It'll be better for my health and for my self-esteem (though not better for my wallet because I loved shopping while I was thin!).
