I turned 50 last year and quit smoking after 30 years. I was already overweight but then when I quit smoking I gained another 30 pounds. Now that I have achieved my goal of not smoking, I have set another goal and that is to loose all the weight I put on in the last 10 years, about 70 pounds. I have 7 grandchildren that I love to do things with, and I need to be more fit.

Goal 1 under 200 achieved April 14. 2012
Goal 2 prior smoking high weight 185 achieved June 24, 2012
Goal 3 looking for 160
Goal 4 150 will look even better
Goal 5 135 here I come to stay

Small do-able goals will add up a one sexy granny!LOL
