Not looking for a quick miracle to my weight problem because it took several years to gain the weight. I have been a professional dieter since I can remember but once I turned 40 I found I could not loose the weight as easy and now that I have turned 50 I have decided that I will not diet any more but will change my life style. I don't want to be a stick figure, I just want to be lean and healthy. Looking for inspiration and hopefully to be able to inspire or at least "cheer on" people. Look forward to hearing from you.
