I am a single mother of a 17 year old son. I have decided to take control of my weight problem and do what is necessary to be healthy and feel good about myself once again. My greatest problem is over eating/binging and I feel once I get that under control everything else will fall into place. The plan is to take it one day at time and find the will power within myself to make this happen.
