66 year old widow. Married 45 years so commitment is not an issue (unless I am dieting). Why is that? Just want to stay healthy and enjoy my family for as long as I can. Attempting to continue to lose very slowly and steadily. Hola for this next year, until Aug, 2016, is 25 more pounds. Although I would secretly celebrate even 20, which I believe is doable. I promised myself I would not stress my way through life anymore. It is time to stop and smell the daisies before I am pushing them up.
