In about two months I will be turning 28. I am married, childless and have spent the winter months in 'hibernation-mode', exercising infrequently and grossly over-eating. My current weight is the most I have weighed in 4 years.
I don't remember weighing anything less than 155 lbs, so my goal of 135 is a lofty one.
I was very active last summer. I ran and trained often for eight 5 km races, joined a cardio boot camp and went for routine hikes and walks. This winter, I let it all go... eating habits and exercise.
I'm hoping this site will help me get things back on track!
