Since my 2 year old was born I was stuck at 125 for over a year and half, finally started REALLY watching what I eat and slowly but surely the weight started falling off. Very slowly....
Im a very petite woman,
Pre-pregnancy weight was 110. Top weight pregnant was @138lbs.
Amazing how what seems like not alot of weight can make you feel slow sluggish.
I try to run @2 times a week and off and on do a weight routine or body weight excercies.
