I'm almost 22 years old, a senior at GMU in Fairfax, pursuing a BS in Community Health with a minor in Nutrition. I am hoping to apply to grad school at FSU to continue with a MS in Sports Nutrition.

Fitness and health have always seemed to be a huge part of my life. Whether it was cheerleading, soccer, gymnastics, swim, rowing, etc... I was always physically active. Once in high school, I found my true passion for health care beginning with introduction Physical Therapy classes. Since then, I have been exploring my options in rehabilitation therapy, Athletic Training, Physician Assistant, Nutritionist, etc. Regardless of my career path, there is no doubt that nutrition and health will follow me.

My overall goal is to meet my current goal weight, then move to weight training and gain 3-5lbs in muscle through strength exercise. I hate the idea of GAINING weight, but I know it will be good for me :)

Oct. 4 - 125 lbs

Current:
Jan. 16 - Made my goal weight of 110! Now, changing new goal weight to 115 of +5lbs pure muscle
