My name is Katy. I am 37 years old. I am a wife and mother and couldn't be prouder of my family. My goal is to get to a point that i feel HEALTHY! Really eating right and feeling good are my goals. I want to be a good example to my children! Energy is a high priority as my family deserves it from me!
As a child and teen I was an athlete and a rail. I ate whatever I wanted. The one thing I always did that was good was not eat when I wasn't hungry...even if it was my favorite thing. That is a habit I would like to regain. :)
