I have been interested in health, wellness, and nutrition since I went to school to study Esthetics. It was at school that I learned what's going on inside will reflect on the outside.
With my own struggles with health, weight, skin, and mood issues one thing has remained true. You are what you eat. Sorry to be so cliche!
When I eat well (as in suggested in my "diet" - go look!), I notice all sorts of wonderful benefits!
Some include better skin, confidence, better mood, stamina, better hair/nails, better digestion/elimination, I get sick less often, and of course I LOOK GOOD! :)
