I have been over weight for the past 11 years. Tried many diets. I work full time as a nurse and the extra weight and my age is making it hard to do my job. I am always to tired to go out and do anything. At least thats what I tell myself. I think I have to admit I am lazy when it comes to putting much effort into getting ready and actually going out to have fun. How did I get to the weight I am now? I used to love to be outside and active. I left my husband 11 years ago. We did a lot of fishing, hiking, outdoorsy stuff together. Then it was just me and my son he was 11 at the time. I never felt comfortable being alone with just my son to do those things anymore. So the fast food and sedentary lifestyle got me where I am today. I have a goal weight of 140lbs. Hope to reach it before I turn 46.
