I am a 30 year old SAHM to one child he is now 5. I have always been over weight all throughout my life and now for the first time I am actually understanding that is not just about setting goals it is about changing your mind and your views about eating and exercising. I have only exercised to reach certain weights but as of June 2013 I made it a point to make exercising apart of my life 4-5 days a week I have not lost weight (only 4 pound) but I feel like I have gained a new look at my life and how I should be leading it I have gained strength and muscle. My new life goal is to become toned it is no longer just about the scale that is why I chose my name "onetonedmom". I am now starting to eat better but I am being careful not to have a meal plan that I cannot and will not stick too because I am honestly tired of starting over.
