Just finding fatsecret .. I've been on my Keto/IF journey since mid-Jan of this year and I have lost 92-lbs! My weight loss has slowed since summer due to BBQs and vacations but continue to fast and eat keto during the week and I'm maintaining and even losing (just at a much slower pace). I don't really know what my ideal weight is so I will just let my body figure that out as I continue my keto/if lifestyle.
I've been heavy my entire life (48yo) and Jason Fung's "The Obesity Code" started me down the path that ultimately changed my life. I haven't been under 200# since my second year in college and now I'm 193#.
I have never counted macros (and will never count a calorie again!) but was curious what my macro ratios were and exactly how many carbs I was consuming. I use a blood ketone meter and now want to understand my carb/protein tolerance.
I only have one goal ... 8 more pounds. There's something about the number 100!
