Hi! My name is Amber and I am 30 years old. I have a little boy who was born Feb of '09, and an amazing hubby. All my life I've been thin until recently. From birth to 21, I never weighted more than 115 lbs. Then, over the past 9 years or so I've fluctuated from 115 to 155, then 170 when I gave birth back in Feb. In any case, 115 MIGHT be too much of a lofty goal, but hey, I am going to work at it--hard, for atleast a year before I decide it's not tangible anymore. I mean, I've gotten serious about it before in 2006(when I was 155, and then dropped down to 115) So the fact that I am 150 should make that transition again five pounds easier. In any case, any tips, stories, advice or encouragement is welcome!
