I am 51 years old & married w/2 grown sons & 1 daughter in law but no grandchildren. I want to lose the weight for me. I am 5'5' & right now weighing 164.4. My goal is 140 but as I lose my weight I don't think I want to go that low, I'm thinking 150. I have a good figure & don't want to be a stick.
I've never even told anyone when I've been on a diet b/c when my clothes would get tight I would just watch what I eat.
But my husband has agreed to do the WW w/me & it has made a difference. He has lost 14 lbs. And I'm proud of him.
All of this is new to me & I am really enjoying WW.
