I do everything in excess, in some ways it's a benefit and in some ways it hurts me. I smoke too much, swear too much they say and I'm a workaholic but when I get my mind set on something and I have serious goals nothing stops me. I love to laugh, I try not to take myself too seriously and stay positive. I'm getting married in a few months and there's nothing like everyone's eyes on you for an entire day to motivate you to start losing excess weight. I'm trying to support myself and my Mom through this journey. I'm a huge fan and have done quite a bit over the years of weightlifting but when it comes to cardio I find myself often bored although I need to do it. I'm here to find others looking towards the same goals I am - weight loss/eating more healthy.
