Meal Plan : metabolic confusion (switch it up between High Carb / Low Fat days to High Fat / Low Card days.
Exercise : HIIT training 3x times a week.
In 2023 I picked up a whopping 23kg's, and can't tell you why. Put it down to either late onset diabetes or thyroid issues. But both were ruled out. Did some blood-tests, and turns out my hormone levels are all kind of wrong. Starting HRT's next week, and doc says that will stabilize my weight gain.
