I am a 35 year old dad of 3 married to my beautiful wife for 11 years. At the beginning of this year, I embarked on a journey to make myself a healthier me. I have been sticking to the lifestyle of eating mostly plants (eat the rainbow!) and lean fish, poultry, and a very limited amount of table sugar. I am absolutely passionate about food, cooking, and about juicing and making healthy food for me and for my family and friends. I am also a Sunday school teacher and a group leader at our church for our AWANA program.
