I'm 52 and I'm determined to enjoy the "second half" of life … despite the fact that everything is getting a bit harder (except my abdominal muscles ;-)
I'm also determined not to turn into a fat old lady, so the extra 10 lbs that has accumulated in the past few years has got to go.
I've been trying to lose the same 10 for a long time, so I thought I'd give this a try to see if it will make it finally possible.
