Turning 40 in a month and I am done being fat! I have been fighting this since I was 16. I have a couple medical conditions that has not helped this issue at all! I have tried everything from WW to "the cabbage diet" to Adkins, Southbeach, the grapefruit diet..going from "diets" to "life style changes"....I'm so done!
