I am a 32 year old mother of two wonderful boys ages 15 & 6. I am a Food Scientist currently working in the Food Industry. I've found less time to cook @ home because I'm @ work from 6:45 am to 7:30 pm or later. My weight has been as high as 226lbs. and as low as 115 lbs. I don't have a diet, but being consistent is my problem in all facets of my life!!
