I'm trying to lose weight for three main reasons:
1. to fit back into all my old clothes!
2. to improve my skin and inflamation in my body generally as I seem to develop a whole host of inflamation related problems whenever my weight goes above a pretty minimum bmi
3. so I can run without bouncing!!!!
Maintaining my weight and a high level of fitness is something I USED to find very easy, and it was something I really prided myself on and derived a great deal of pleasure from... it has been a huge knock to my self esteem to lose that drive, and a great loss of a previous source of enjoyment! I'm really hoping this website will help me get back on track again :)
