Let me start by saying I am Over-weight! The first thing to resolving a problem is admitting that you have one.. So there... I totally need to lose a lot of weight... I want to do it for the right reasons (health wise) I have growing children and I want to be around for them... So if anyone can send me some support, I would truly appreciate it!
