Hi! I'm 37 years old, married and have a 8-year-old daughter and an 11-year-old stepson. Since remarrying over two years ago, I've slowly added back some weight. I recently tried to put on a skirt from last year...and yikes!!!!...it was hard to zip up. I've got to get serious or it will never happen. I've tried Weight Watchers and that's worked for me, but I thought I would try something different. I did Extreme Fat Smash diet in the summer and that worked for me, but after the summer, I stopped watching what I ate and working out.
Since then, boy have I gained!!! I just recently started the South Beach diet. My first goal is to break the 130 pound barrier!!! Then I hope to get to 125 by the end of April! My ultimate goal is to get to 120!
I love reading about those who start out around where I'm at and see that they are doing it or have done it because it certainly is a struggle for me!
