I am 63 years of age. Single. I have 2 cats and one dog. I have lost and gained weight all my life. I am getting too old to fool around anymore. I want to live the rest of my life as well as I can can. I need hip replacement surgery as soon as I lose 50 pounds. I am in a fair amount of pain. So I am motivated. I have tried every weight loss program and even had sleeve surgery. Yet I began to gain weight about a year after the surgery. Major bummer. So it comes down to this for me, Take personal responsibility for my life and do the next right thing.
