I'm 26 years old and the mother of 3 young girls ages 7 3 and 10 months I'm hoping to stay on the right track and get into shape. For now I'm eating healther foods and watching my calorie intake i also started walking my daughter to school every morning which is about a 2 mile walk both ways later i know i will need to bump up the intensity of my workouts but I'm hoping the walking will get enough weight off me to where i can actually do a more intense work out. That's all for now.
