Quit 5 smoking nearly 2 months ago(nov 25th) put on a few pound in the process. but for the most part I was over weight for the long time I am on a drug with the side effect of weight gain and have been for 7 years now it adds up over the years and because I smoked heavy I couldn't exercise with any ease..but now my lungs are much better and I can do 1 hour of cardio and 30 on the weights 6 days a week.. I started to go to the gym before the holidays but hurt my foot so I just started back yesterday am going to play around with the diet part of this web site and see what could complement my exercise
