Lost 70 lbs a couple years ago, kept it off until pandemic hit, did well for the first few months fighting off cravings, but after a few months of inactivity inside, gave in more and more, packed it all back on. I started in June of this year trying to get serious, lost 10-15 lbs a couple times, only to put it right back on, so I'm ready to get serious and really work on my diet, get moving again.
