Well I've had my gallbladder surgery and wasn't able to keep anything down for a few days...dropped more pounds. I can't really be happy about it because it's not healthy. But I will just focus on eating wholesome, healthy foods and toning my body. Because honestly I would be happy at the size I was if I felt like I was taking care of myself. I packed a healthy lunch to work for the first time in ages and so here's to a great day!

I thought about just deleting this account and starting a brand new one...but I decided agaist it. This one has my original weight and I can't beat the feeling I get when I see how much I have lost over the last couple years. I do use the fat secret app all the time...but I guess guess it's not syncing?? Anyway, I have been having some severe gallbladder problems for a while which makes so that I literally can barely eat...anything. I've stayed alive on veggies and fat free cottage cheese mostly. Dry whole grain bread in small portions and occasionally soup if it is not creamy or oily/greasy. So I have lost almost 15 pounds in the last month and a half. I can't really be too happy about it because I know that essentially I am starving. My worry is that after I have surgery in 2 weeks and have my gallbladder removed that I am going to gain it all back. I am going to. GOING TO! Keep it off. I know this is one of the best places to stay motivated and encouraged so I'll spend more time here and less time on Facebook :-)

so down a little today...that's good. instead of going to a fast food place like I normally do for lunch I'm going to make a run to the grocery store and get enough for the rest of the week. It's incredible how much I eat out since I've started this office job.

So...I decided I am coming back full swing. It's spring and I want to dress accordingly. :) I'm so ready to be fit and toned and healthy. I will post some pictures so that I can visually track my progress but I'm ready!!
