Excited that I was able to get in 14,000 steps today. Helps to get my walk in and then worked extra hard at the food pantry this morning.

Pleasantly surprised that I didn't derail myself terribly with my weekend. Had a wedding and a neighborhood party that I enjoyed myself.

Happy to report that I've made another day of 10,000+ steps. Feel much better about myself when I meet this daily goal. With time and determination I WILL get rid of the extra pounds that I've allowed myself to gain. Did treat myself to the Culver Mini Cement Mixer at dinner. Still within my calories for the day.

Able to add another day of walking an hour at my local shopping mall. This enables me to get the 10,000 steps per day. Trying hard to stay at the 1400 calories per day plan by Joy Bauer. So far so good.
