Wow, It's been 476 days since my last weigh in! :( I haven't been sticking to my diet unfortunately, but I did lose a pound since my last weigh in on September 27, 2007. Haha! That's not really a good or bad thing I'd say, I haven't been eating to well and absoutely no working out. So to change all this, one of my girlfriends and myself have started to go walking each evening! We are watching what we eat as well, and we plan on doing this for atleast two weeks while we look into a few nearby gyms with personal trainers. She also told me about Zamba? I believe it's called! I really think that'd be so much fun and a great workout, so I've been looking up to see where we could try out this dance class!
I went ahead and chose a new diet today, the Biggest Loser Diet! It looks like it promotes a great and healthy way to lose weight. I used to watch the show, but lost interest so I think I'm going to have to start watching it again! I already have the Biggest Loser Diet Cookbook, so now I can actually put it to use as well. I want to look so fit and toned for my boyfriend and I's 5 year anniversary on February, 3! I am so excited to get in to shape again! :)

Ooops! I still need to purchase the book! I haven't been paying too much attention to what I should exactly eat. I'm going to have a relaxing weekend this weekend; that way I can put 100% finally into my diet. It's hard being 21 & not going out and partying. But last weekend wasn't too fun, so I'm all set for now with drinking!

Okay, well I decided I need to start a new diet ASAP. I ended up choosing the ABS diet. I noticed that my last diet was just making me depressed and my body was not adhering to the changes. So I just ordered the ABS Diet book and I'm waiting for it to arrive in the mail. Any tips for the mean time?
